I have reached the maximum capacity of GPT-4.5 on my current ChatGPT Plus subscription. The system prompted me with an Upgrade to Pro button, offering me access to the ChatGPT Pro plan – priced at €230 in my region.Naturally, I assumed that by clicking this upgrade option, I would gain access immediately – especially since this is a high-tier and expensive subscription. However, after upgrading, I was informed that the Pro plan will not activate until an entire month from now. Even more confusingly, my existing Plus plan, which was due to end on July 19th, has now mysteriously been extended until August 4th, without my knowledge or consent.This delay makes the entire upgrade system deeply frustrating and highly impractical. Why offer users the option to upgrade, if that upgrade doesn’t actually take effect for another 30 days? I urgently need access to the Pro tools now, not a month from now – I am working on an academic project with strict deadlines, and this interruption significantly affects my workflow.It’s extremely disappointing that such a costly subscription – €230 – comes with this kind of user experience. I feel deceived by the misleading interface. If Pro access isn’t immediate, the system should make that explicitly clear before payment. As it stands, I paid today and received… nothing.Sincerely,

I use this application a lot, and this already happened 2 times it’s kind of frustrating because I’m paying 23€ for this application, and when I chat too many things it says “chat limit reached, chat with another bot please” like no. The other bot won’t even memorise or know what you talked about in that first conversation even if you explained it. Sometimes the ai’s logic is so messed up that i close the application how bad it is like i need to rewrite whole thing again just for it after 2 days say “chat limit reached” it’s annoying so please extend the limit chat way more because I’m not paying for nothing.

I am beyond furious with this app. Until recently, it worked perfectly — Latin script for Croatian transcriptions was always correct. Now, for no reason at all, it is completely broken on my account, transcribing my speech in Cyrillic, a script I cannot read.I have checked all the settings on my phone — everything is correct. I have even tried using the app on other phones and other user accounts, and it works normally there. Only on my account does it fail, week after week, ignoring my repeated requests for Latin script.This is not just frustrating, it is unacceptable. I speak Croatian. I type Croatian. I want Croatian written in Latin letters, plain and simple. If I say “mlijeko,” I want mlijeko, not some incomprehensible garbage. This is not a minor issue, it completely breaks the app for me.I am seriously considering deleting this app entirely. The repeated failures, total disregard for user preferences, and lack of accountability are unbelievable.Fix this immediately for my account — stop pretending you care about your users. Until then, one star is all this app deserves.
