False status display

With all the bugs recently, can you please at least bring back the app showing the actual status of the connection? It's been quite a while since it shows it's connected, when it's actually trying to reconnect. I know the connection dropped by the loading pattern in my browser, even though the app shows everything is fine, and it doesn't show the right status until it really can't reconnect for a long time - and even then, more often than not, gets stuck in this reconnecting loop for hours when my internet is completely blocked without me knowing.

After last update I can’t connect to internet using your vpn. It’s a real shame because I’m using paid version for more than 3 years, and I really depend on it. So I was forced to look for alternative and I have found out that Betternet free version have better and faster connection than Express vpn paid version. It’s a shame!

I don’t know what is going on, app doesn’t work properly for months now. Nothing connects. I communicated this problem to the customer service chat, but nothing ever gets resolved! Stay away from subscriptions! Money wasted! I cancelled my subscription already!
