I'm changing the VPN provider every 2 years first and foremost because of the economic aspect (usually - 2 years/50%)This is the worst experience until now. Every single day, at random times, this app goes to a "assigning iP address loop" regardless of the protocol being used. Then I have to manually go into the app & disconnect/connect again to be able to use internet connection. Saddest part is, this stops my connectivity and until I take a look, I can't know that I'm oflline for certain time.For this reason I need to have this app on my home screen and check the status every now and then. Now I'm shackled to this bad experience for next 20 months. I would suggest to look elsewhere if you're searching for a quality service provider.

Doesnt work where you actually need it

Doesn't work for netflix in europe (dont know for other continents/countries) Doesnt work at ALL in turkey-cannot connect or find an IP address.Places with restricted internet access or heavy censorship is right where you need it the MOST. Ridiculous. Would cancel if i didn't already paid for a year in advance.

To whom it may concern, I am trying to connect but it doesn’t allow me at all. I managed to do sign in but somehow I can not log in. App on my Iphone is frozen.
