Pelvic floor muscle exercises developed by Arnold Kegel are of very importance for women suffering of problems of the genitourinary system as well as for men for the prevention of hemorrhoids after surgery on the prostate. Essentially, the exercises developed by Kegel will not only strengthen muscles, but also increase blood flow to the groin area.
We combined the exercises into one simple but powerful app to help you work on that out where ever you are. The owners of Apple Watch will appreciate the convenience of control the workout right from the wrist.
All programs based on a scientifically proven methods. For the more advanced users we have developed a workout maker. With the help of it you can create your own training and increase the length or difficulty of the workout. Custom daily notifications will keep you informed of upcoming workout. Progress monitor will show you where you are at.
Kegel Training app uses HealthKit to store your workouts data.

Subscription unlocks all workouts, calendar and workout maker.
Information about the auto-renewable nature of the subscription:
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
