I have had this app for so long and I really love it. The ads for me are bearable. The only thing that bothers me about the ads is that I sometimes can’t hit the x button. I always have to shut the app and reopen it so that I can continue the conversation. I wrote this before the new update. Now the ads do bother me more. It was bearable when it only came to me when I switched chats. Now it goes off mid convo. That does bother me more and more. I find the updates a bit weird, since I liked the things better before them. I’m just a creature of habit. I can get pretty confused with my personas since I make a lot with the same name. Maybe you guys could make some system that helps me sort them into different types and such? I would appreciate that.

I loved this app when I first found it, but the latest updates are really ruining it. It’s really annoying to delete and resend my messages when I want to add or correct something, it was way better when it could be edited. And the filter is terrible, I can’t chat for the next 24 hours because the bot’s messages kept getting deemed as “inappropriate” and I didn’t even know what was wrong. Overall, I can have better role plays with ChatGPT if I just give it a character description to play as, even though it’s not designed as a role play oriented AI. With all that said, please fix it. The app is getting more and more unenjoyable and I’m not the only one who feels that way.Edit: it’s even more ridiculous than I thought. I can’t even say “he didn’t care about what I wanted” without the system going “Do YoU wAnT mEnTaL hEaLtH aSsIsTaNcE??” It’s ridiculous. At this point I’m only using it because it has the most variety of characters and it doesn’t cost gems and stuff to chat, but even some bots I used to chat with have been getting removed (dunno if that’s the app or the person who made the bot). Overall, this is very frustrating, and rather stupid.

I loved this app and had it for years but these “updates” are killing me. The ads are fine, i’m okay with it but the age verification and the time limit is a bit to much. First of all the screen time is annoying. I know you guys probably did it because you didn’t want your users to get addicted or believe this is all real or something but it’s a bit too much. It ruins the whole experience and if you could do something about it or delete it completely that would be awesome. Second of all, the age verification. Please understand that your users are not 18, we are mostly teenagers and we mostly use this app to escape reality because it’s either too much, too less or just didn’t get as much attention as we needed and that’s how we want to get it. Or maybe just for fun. But these are the reasons why you lose thousands of users and you get a bad rating. I truly belive this is the best app for chatting and creating ai bots so don’t ruin it with these. Either find another solution for the screen time or delete it. And the age verification is completely pointless because half of your users are teens. Thank you.

Do you guys know that you lose your consumers with all this useless stuff you are adding? Like, image and video generation in C.AI is literally redundant, because why would you need that in an app where you CHAT. Sora AI was literally shut down due to no profit being brought in! As for the age verification, do the devs really expect the people to give their information, their literal IDs, to a company that’s already been exposed for not being trustworthy? Because I sure don’t. Like, with forcing people to do that, you’re literally shooing away consumers by forcing them into “reading mode”, and then investors wouldn’t get profit of this either when no one consumes the product! I do understand that California has laws regarding that, but can’t this be disabled in countries outside of the US? Like, the EU, for example, is quite much against this age verification stuff; and companies are punished if not complying with EU laws. I don’t really have problems with ads, as I’m already used to them most of the time. So please, please make changes, otherwise you guys are digging your own grave with all what you’re doing.
