First of all, very high subscription charge. In their email they were saying I will get a 50% discount but it is not on the invoice and a full payment was taken.I've posted the DNA on the 29th of December and according to the App tracker, it still has not arrived to MyHeritage. I cannot imagine this happening over 3 weeks passed. Post is not so slow.Thirdly, I've contacted the Customer service through the chat bot, who said a ticket was opened and CS will reach out to me. Never happened.I’ve also written a letter to the only mail address I’ve found on their website, no reply to that either.

After the free trial period they immediately charged me by a whole year fee (more than 100 USD) without inform me that the period will close. I realised some hours later that I missed the opportunity to save my money and no email contact was given so I could not write even a claim. I felt this was really unfair.Update:They answered my review quickly and my refunding proccess has started, they were friendly and and helpdul. I think they did their best in this situation.

Ellopták a pénzem…

Nos, 2021. december 6-án vettem náluk DNS tesztet, az volt az ígéret, hogy egy hónapig ingyen használhatom a programot, mégis 28 nap után levonták az éves díjat!——— Well, on December 6, 2021, I took a DNA test from them, the promise was that I could use the program for free for a month, yet after 28 days they deducted the annual fee!
WHERE CAN I REPORT BUGS??
Tercsi160301
When I enter any data to a person, the program forgets the most important data: birth date, place of birth, date of death. I enter one of them, what was actually forgotten, it asks again the other data of this three; after I entered again THAT data, it asks either the birthdate or the date of death again… VERY ANNOYING. Even if I don’t remember exactly…And the app is really toooo expensive.
We’ve enhanced our app’s performance and stability. Update now and enjoy a smoother and faster experience. Thanks for choosing us!
