False advertising of coupons

I placed an order for a backpack and a cardigan with a 20% off coupon that the app offered me. Moment later I got a refund for the backpack, saying it just got out of stock. The discount for the much more expensive backpack was my main incentive to place the order in the first place, so I reached out to the customer service to get the other half of the order cancelled as well and my coupon reinstated, so I can use it for a purchase that doesn‘t get cancelled. Unfortunately, they said it is not possible to cancell the other half of the order and get my coupon back. This is clearly false advertising, offering a lucrative 20% discount and then cancelling the more expensive part of the order saying „the item just got out of stock“. I have several emails proving this backpack is in and out of stick multiple times a day. Now I see it might be a scam, to lure in people to purchase. I will report this to the authorities.

Unable to Change the Language

The ads for this app are aggressive, but somehow the app itself doesn’t want to sell me anything. It seems like such a simple fix: let users choose their language independently, and you’d significantly grow your audience.The app is already translated into every language — but for some reason, that language is only available if it matches your country. Guys, living in Hungary (or wanting to order something to Hungary) doesn’t mean I speak or read Hungarian.Please decouple language selection from country selection. You’d multiply your audience and your sales overnight.

The only thing that is bothering me is that you have this option to find your style and people az posting themself in their outfits but when you scroll down to buy the same one you cant find it. They dont pin their outfits just random things that are kind of similar. Why would you post your outfit here when the whole idea is that you can find your style?
