I’ve been using it for 9 months now and I have more than 120 5 stars, I love the system, and the feeling when someone buys something from you, you can actually get a lil addicted to it.I had several problems of course, but they were all compensated, and worked out well in the end. What I don’t like is that a lots of lots of polish people sell replica items for example uggs, it’s not like they try to make you believe it’s the real thing, but they obviously can’t write it down in the product description, or else they get banned. So if you’re a rookie you can easily end up with a cheap Ugg that is not original, but really anything.

I have been using Vinted for three months now. At first, I really liked it, but it is simply awful, especially the customer service. They write that they are reviewing the case and similar things. I think it is a huge lie on their part that they even have customer service. I think everything is handled by bots. And of course, as we know, just like humans, bots can make mistakes too, but there is definitely no real customer service of any kind there.What really frustrates me is the buyer protection fee, which, let's be honest, is not a small amount, and they generate a huge profit after every single sale. They make a lot of money off us, both as sellers and buyers, and in return, they care so little about us that you can't even speak to a real customer service agent. Their bot misunderstands and misidentifies everything. For example, they kept blocking a protective dust mask—the kind used on construction sites against heavy dust—by falsely claiming it was a medical device.I hope people finally realize what Vinted is doing to us. Personally, I will never use it again. And I hope as many people as possible figure it out soon, that one day they will pay dearly for this, and that Vinted will finally disappear so something normal can take its place.

I listed an item while ago, then I didn’t use the app for couple of months. When I decided to use again, decided to change the price of previous item and then upload new posts, but I got blocked and got accused for forgery.Tried to contact customer service through email and asked for the reason, they replied my item is fake which is not since I bought it many years ago from official shop. I even posted the logos and tags. They asked for receipts which I can’t provide after many years past. Asked for a solution and got no answers.So decided to make another account and forget about that one item and sell rest of my stuffs, but again under a day got banned due to violating their terms and conditions by having multiple accounts! I tried to contact them again, wrote them about what’s the issue to somehow solve it and be able to use the app, but they didn’t even respond.Not only it’s not fair but it doesn’t worth the trouble and the waste of time waiting for them to reply. It’s suppose to make selling/buying easier, not adding more problems.

I got banned for no reason. My refund is cancelled because my account was blocked and I have 4 on-going purchases.I have no idea why my account is banned. I uploaded 2 shoes and few clothes to sell which I am no longer using. They accused one of my listings (idk which one) is fake, which is not true as I bought all of them from official stores, besides let’s assume one of them was fake you cannot entirely be sure from picture or you cannot ban the person forever if the person was scammed as well. If there was a problem, i’d rather being contacted and ask about th further confirmation by the organization, if there was an issue about the post they would warn the user and inform about the problem. I find this so unfair, because I really like the app and I was an active user, I do not deserve this attitude towards me, especially when I have even no idea which listing had the problem and what is the exact problem. For my on-going purchases, if I’ll not receive them because of blockage and if I do not get my money or equivalant of my money, I’m going to inform my lawyer about this and I’ll start a law case at the court.Indeed, they also informed me that same person cannot open another account so I hereby require them to delete my all personal data (based on GDPR law in EU) regarding to that you cannot know who is the person created an account earlier.
