...however the mainstream video content providers still claim about using vpn during access their sites. Netflix still wants to disable my vpn settings.
Not working in China for a month now

I was using Express VPN for over five years. It worked well for the most part of this time, save for a few short periods. Well, now it's not working for a month, and they do not give regular updates about the situation either, as they did in the past. Always the same answer, "our engineers are working hard" but nothing suggests they actually are doing anything. They do not want to give a refund either. It's not a cheap service, mind you. You'll be better off with a different service. Astrill works without problems.

Overall it’s good, but there is no kill switch option, eats up battery (30% for me in the past 24 hours) and sometimes it gets in a reconnect loop, when it’s reconnecting all the time until I kill the app and restart it. Using it on XS Max.If these issues were fixed I would give 5 stars.
Shaky system and ridiculous customer service

If you need VPN in China, look elsewhere, this is shaky and unreliable, disconnects and reconnects, we cannot work this way.Their system ‘assumes’ something and then they are unable to solve it in a customer-friendly way. Their customer service offered a non viable solution and INSISTED on it without even trying to consider an alternative solution. This is the attitude you never want to come across.
