Very disappointing experience with XTB.

I deposited 900,000 HUF using my bank card. The money was deducted from my bank account, but it never appeared in my XTB account. Customer support has been unresponsive, and I still have no clear explanation of where my money is or when the issue will be resolved.This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such a large amount of money. I expected professional service, transparency, and timely assistance. So far, I have received none of these.I hope XTB takes this issue seriously and resolves it as soon as possible.

Registered on iPhone but when attempting to log in on an iPad (18.6.2) the email address completely disappears from the email address textbox when the password textbox gets the focus. Why?

For deposit in 1 second enoughFor withdraw slow and high feeImagine if you have 10$ they will charge you for withdraw 8$ and you can have 2 $ at the end they will take your 80% of your money (Remember that’s your money)

Thank you for your feedback. Withdrawals are usually processed via bank wire transfer which is a manual work and the banks need some time to process it. If you do not want to be charged any withdrawal fee, you can withdraw above the threshold amount which we do not incur any withdrawal fees. Have a nice day!
