See at a glance whether your connection is fine. Pay invoices, report issues and sign in with an SMS code, no password needed. The WaveCom app is customer service in your pocket for WaveCom internet, TV and phone subscribers. STATUS AT A GLANCE The colour of the wave at the top of the home screen tells you whether your connection is fine, whether maintenance or an outage affects your area, or whether your own router is unreachable. No need to call: the app shows whether the problem is on our side or yours, and when a fix is expected. INVOICES AND PAYMENT Open and past invoices in one list, downloadable as PDF. Pay several invoices at once by card, or by bank transfer using the QR code. If your service is restricted due to arrears, you can settle it in the app and reconnection happens automatically. ISSUE REPORTING AND HELP A guided check looks at your connection before you report an issue. You can attach photos to a report and follow what happens with your case. You can request a callback for a chosen time. NOTIFICATIONS Get notified about new invoices, payment due dates, successful payments, planned maintenance and replies to your reports. We don't send notifications about outages: if an outage affects your area, you see it as soon as you open the app. If you ask, the app lets you know when service is restored. You choose what you want to be notified about. SECURE SIGN-IN Sign in with the phone number registered with us and an SMS code, no password needed. You can lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint. You can delete your app account at any time in the app or at https://app.wavecom.hu/fiok-torles/. The app is for WaveCom customers; a customer number is required. Phone and in-person customer service: 1236, Monday to Friday 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00. You can send e-mail (info@wavecom.hu), issue reports and callback requests at any time.
