Aplikasi Bego, CS Pemalas!
1. Not supported for iPhone 8,X,XR,XS, XS MAX!
2. Udah regist pke D-Bank Registration sampai tahap verifikasi via video call dan katanya akan dikirimkan email konfirmasi nomor rekening.
3. 5 jam menunggu, gak ada email masuk sama sekali, coba kontak CS via email ternyata udah aktif akun dan nomor rekeningnya.
4. Coba login di apps D-Bank gagal, pas cek di apps yg registrationnya tulisannya masih pembukaan akun masih di proses!
5. Coba kontak CS lagi menggunakan email yang sebelumnya, jawabannya mohon untuk verifikasi data melalui apps D-Bank, ini CSny males baca email dari atas atau gimana ya? Padahal udah ada email penjelasannya sebelumnya.
6. Coba kontak CS lg pake email yg sama, jawabannya juga begitu.
HADUHH!
Mending pake jenius or digibank aja dah kalo begini!
