Really love it! But..

This app has helped me learn language so so much. Love it 5/5! But lately it seems to be having some problems that didn’t exist before. It kept saying “connection problem” whenever I’m swiping my cards. Resulting the flame not going up and the algorithm not able to progress. Making me stuck playing with the cards that i already remember perfectly. And when i open the app, i need to refresh like 2 or 3 times I’m able to enter the app because it keeps saying error or something like that. I hope this gets fixed. It’s not that it prevents me from practicing, it just that it’s a little bit bothering. Other than that, i hope this app is available forever❤️Edit: everything got fixed after i tried to delete and reinstall the app again👌

Padahal saya hanya ada waktu senggang setelah jam 21.00 hingga 23.00 . Jika seperti ini terus saya tidak bisa menggunakan aplikasi dengan maksimal. Di Iphone 14, pada saat digunakan, aplikasinya juga banyak memakan daya batrai itu sangat mengganggu.

All positive reviews were left by the developers themselves or their acquaintances at their request. Trust only the negative reviews. The app is extremely unpleasant and inconvenient, as it does not effectively utilize the screen in landscape orientation on iPads and does not offer the option for a lifetime purchase. Moreover, when selecting your native language, it clearly suggests switching to English. This indicates that the developers have implemented everything through AI, which frequently makes mistakes, meaning it may teach you incorrect language usage. The translation is terrible. For example, in Indonesian, “minum” means “to drink,” but this awful app teaches the incorrect translation as “beverage,” when the correct word for “beverage” is “minuman.” This issue applies to almost every word.If you indicated that you want to learn Indonesian, the AI assistant will communicate with you in Indonesian, whereas it should communicate in the language you have set as your native one. When learning Spanish, the app asks you to create words with explanations, but the explanations are not in your language, which makes it equally useless for beginners.Otherwise, all the AI assistance becomes useless due to the lack of understanding.The app collects the data you use with the AI, which means confidentiality is essentially compromised.

We’re a small team, and trust me, even if we asked for reviews (which we don’t need to), we don’t have 20,000 friends to write them. 😅 A lot of what you mentioned is intentional—AI responds in the language you’re learning to help with immersion, but with one tap, it translates into your native language, including explanations. As for translations, we’ve addressed these in our latest update. When it comes to the AI, it’s not as simple as it seems—currently, the AI needs to process through servers, which is why data is collected; the quality of today’s AI isn't yet sufficient to run everything locally.Hope this makes things a bit more clear for you.
