I cannot access my DVR DG1016 with firmware 1016-1003-1006-1004!! Error message is "The video format isn't support!" And I could download EagleEyes Plus only because My iPad isn't compatible version!

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
1. Fix connection issues for some type DVR/IPCAM device.
2. Provide frame rate control setting for users to select instant / delay effect for live connection.
3. Show the badge number of notifications in log view within App.
4. Support Hybrid-DVR type device.
