Ko di profile sudah tidak bisa ganti data pengirim, kalau mau data pengirim jadi perusahaan gimana? Kadang malah suka ganti sendiri, tolong segera di perbaiki Bug nya🙏🏼

Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan Bapak/Ibu, dikhawatirkan akibat koneksi internet yang kurang stabil. Kami sarankan memastikan koneksi stabil serta mencoba secara berkala.
jam antrian di aplikasi tidak berlaku
Udah reservasi jam 12.30 di kcp.iskandar muda Medan. Sampai di lokasi ternyata mesti ikut antrian yang di bank, alhasil lebih lama. Tanya ke satpam “kalau gitu untuk apa fungsi reservasi via aplikasi”, jawabannya “kurang paham saya pak”… Lah piye iki?!?!?!
Menjawab dari developer :
Saya sudah ngotot minta antrian yg berbeda agar sesuai jam reservasi, tapi dari satpAm sendiri seperti ndak paham bahwa ada 2 antrian yg berbeda. Jadi ya useless kalau BCA punya aplikasi reservasi tapi ternyata tidak disosialisasikan ke seluru branch nya👎

Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya ya Bapak/Ibu, jika sudah mendapatkan no antrean, kami sarankan dapat konfirmasi ke pihak cabang agar mendapatkan no antrean yg berbeda. Jika ke cabang dapat membawa KTP asli, bukti kepemilikan rekening.
