Apps nya lama untuk memperbarui status konfirmasi
Saya ke toko EC di mal Citra Raya, beli lewat apps ini proses nya lama sekali. Sdh dibayar, tp masih tertulis menunggu konfirmasi. Sehingga barang belum bisa keluar dan di tes. Dengan adanya apps seharusnya lebih memudahkan dan mempercepat transaksi.
Sebaiknya diperbaiki lagi apps nya sehingga manfaatnya bisa dirasakan oleh pelanggan.

ASAL BAPAK/IBU TAU, SAYA SUDAH 2x BELI BARANG DI ECI TIDAK SESUAI EKSPEKTASI/HARAPAN :
1. Saya beli mesin cuci janji 2 hari datang ternyata 4 hari baru dikirim
2. Ini beli kulkas, baru 4 hari pake tidak dingin.
KECEWA SUDAH !!!!
Customer sudah kecewa (2x) masih disuruh tunggu teknisi sampai hari rabu pula (3 hari)!!! Moga-moga Teknisi nya besok SENIN sudah datang ya, biar gak makin KECEWA Customer nunggu lama gegara beli produk baru sudah rusak!
