Kena logout random yg berakibat susah login di aplikasi
Sudah seminggu saya mengalami kendala login. Saya sdh mengikuti anjuran dari aplikasi saat reset password untuk menggunakan opsi strong password dari aplikasi. Jika saya buat sendiri hanya sampai di level weak-medium password. Akhir akhir ini saya pilih strong password dr anjuran aplikasi, tapi saya malah tidak dapat akses ke aplikasi saya selalu invalid email/password. Tim IT harusnya info ke CS supaya pasang pemberitahuan jika akan ada maintenance rutin. Pertanyaan saya bisa tidak akun saya gak kena random logout yg berimbas sy tidak bisa akses ke gym! Saya tunggu balasan dari IT development kalian

aplikasi error terus sampe ga bisa pilih jadwal PT. udah reinstall masih begitu terus ga ada perbaikan yg berarti, udah dr februari pasti ada sesi yg kayak gini.
