Banyak lowongan kerja penipu
Banyak banget ketemu lowongan kerja yg mengatasnamakan perusahaan tertentu tetapi itu penipuan. Ujung2 nya suruh jadi admin shopee selesain tugas untuk beli produk untuk menaikan reting. Deskripsi yang di posting di glints berbeda dengan yang di infokan setelah rekruter menghubungi. Harusnya seperti ini tidak lolos screening posting lowongan di glints.

Notifnya terlalu clickbait. Kemudian request dipertimbangkan untuk settingan ekspektasi gaji bisa diset per lamaran, enggak global seperti sekarang. Jadi bisa lebih menyesuaikan dengan besar kecilnya perusahaan. At least limit cap rangenya dibesarin lagi.
