Having a very bad experience with mozio, their live chat is fast in responding, but they cannot contact with their third party, so its meaningless.Try to reschedule the pick up time, but got no response, the customer service just giving a lip service. Saying everything already as requested, then i asked for confirmation. Guess what the confirmation never come. Guess not suppose to trust this at the very first place.

I had a really really bad experience with mozio. I reserved for a pick up and they never showed. They said it was reserved on 9:30 pm instead i was arriving on 9:30 am. And furthermore the investigation going through and now they turn it towards me , it was me who didn’t show up and they were looking for me. Thanks for your “customer service” . Very bad app
