New Features This version gives users the ability to: •Add the progress report and update task % Completed from timesheet •Complete commissioning and print labels from the field •Multiple selections while entering PM Service WO Bugs •Uploading pictures under Punch List item

This new version allows users to seamlessly upload pictures at the touch of a button while creating punch items. Users now have the advantage of viewing part pictures within their mobile devices, allowing for a much easier inventory management experience.

This version has been optimized for a much better app loading experience and quicker data loading. In the side menu, users now have access to Sales Management, Service Management, Project Management, and Inventory Management. In Sales Management, users can manage Sales Projects, Customers, Contacts, and Sales Leads. In Service Management, users can manage Service Work Orders and Service Sites. In Project Management, users can view and manage projects. In Inventory Management, users can manage Material Requests, Parts, Inventory, and Purchase orders.

In this release, the user can now change the color theme of the app by navigating to settings in the side menu. The user also has access to a dynamic side menu that changes according to job role. In the dashboard, 6 new modules have been added. Material Requests allows the user to view his/her material requests as well as add/modify request details. My Projects module allows the user to view his/her assigned projects and easily manage each one. My Sales Leads allows the user to keep track of their sales by adding leads and editing lead information. Navigator module allows the user to easily navigate to a project, task, service, customer, or site. My Inventory allows the user to view his/her inventory and add/remove parts to/from a specific project. Clock in/out allows the user to show managers when/where they are working whenever required.

This new release gives users the ability to sift through their items with great ease using the new Search feature in the My Schedule component. The following components have also been added. My Customers allows you to view your company's customers as well as relevant sales performance information and the customers' contacts. My Time Sheets allows the user to view this week's total hours as well as any other week using the same calendar module as the My Schedule component. My Bid List allows the user to view the current bids as well as the status of each bid. Finally, Sales Activities allows the users, namely members of the sales team, to view their relevant activities and make changes accordingly. This allows for optimization of the sales team and overall ease of performance tracking.

User is now capable of navigating to Task or Service site. "Add Recommendations" feature has been added to Services. "Punch List" feature has been added to Tasks. "Collect Signatures and Approvals" feature has been added to services. Furthermore, users now have the option to search all of their tasks and services at once with the new quick search feature available as a "Search" icon in the "Schedule" page.
