I’ve been using stoic since February 2022 and this app has helped me go through tough times. really love the simple interface and the many options of exercises—even though I didn’t buy the subscription, I enjoy using this app tremendously! the biggest value I got from stoic is the various journaling prompts and how easy it is to write down my thoughts. now that I’ve used it for free for such a long time, I decided to try the 7 days trial of premium and it is worth it. I really mean it when I say you can enjoy this app without buying its subscription. this app is truly free of ads; the subscription is there only to lock some exercises. and the free exercises available for non-premium users are already enough (imo). I just bought one because I want to support the devs + try some of their premium exercises!currently on my 139 days streak and still going strong ✨ keep up the good work, devs! thank you for creating this app 🤍

This is one of the best app I’ve ever encountered especially for my healing journey!!But one question, can you maybe have option for the ‘streaks day’ to not appear? Sometimes I forgot one day to use the app because I sleep all day from my medications, and going back to ‘streak 1’ makes me feel like my healing journey goes back to zero/square one (when I know it’s not) and it’s quite discouraging 😭Really looking forward for your response, thank you!!

- you can now sign up for our newsletter right from the app — find it in your profile. subscribe and you'll even unlock a special badge for it.
- we've added deeplinks to weekly themes and library categories, so you can jump straight to your favorite content from links we share.
- fixed a handful of crashes: one when rating journal templates, one in the meditation setup flow, and one when picking journaling suggestions. also fixed mood check-in editing not showing up correctly in your journey.
Probably no need to mention because that's done with every release, but we've also included some more or less minor fixes to keep the app going bug-free. till next time!
