Flashcards If you know how to read the character, swipe to reveal the next character. If you don't, tap on the card to know how it is read. There are two flash card modes: “Hiragana/Katakana → Roman alphabet” and “Roman alphabet → Hiragana/Katakana”. 2. Quizzes A multiple choice type quiz of Japanese characters. There are 4 choices to choose from. There are two quiz modes, “Hiragana/Katakana → Roman alphabet” and “Roman alphabet → Hiragana/Katakana”. 3. Stroke You can learn the stroke order by tracing the sample picture with your finger or pen. 4. Kana Table This is a table of hiragana and katakana characters. You can also check the sound by tapping on each character.
