I love this app lowkey. U can make friends with people around the world who have common interests with you. However, the issue with the Music not in your Region is honestly disturbing. I can’t make collection because of it, I can’t listen to the music in app while scrolling or chatting because of it too. Could you fix this issue please? Make it worldwide. It’s kind of sad that I couldn’t add songs because of it. I wanted to make my profile more interesting 😭

I genuinely don’t understand why I can’t play all songs because the app keeps saying they’re “unavailable in my region.” I don’t use a VPN or any location-altering services, so this seems more like an issue within the app itself.Also, if the purpose of Equals is to connect people through music, I’m confused as to why the app can’t properly connect to major music streaming platforms. Music is the core feature, so having unreliable or limited integration significantly affects the overall experience.Another issue I’ve encountered is that the daily reward claim button frequently lags or becomes unresponsive, which can be frustrating for users who use the app regularly.I hope these issues can be looked into, as they have a noticeable impact on the user experience

At the moment, our full music catalogue is only available in the UK and USA, but we’re actively working on expanding licensing so it becomes available in more countries.Good news as well: music integration is now available, and you can connect both Spotify and Apple Music directly in the app to share your listening activity and make the experience much more seamless.As for the daily reward button, we’re sorry about the lag.
