The fervor of the supporters is a central element of the game. If you make decisions solely to improve the profitability of your clubs, your popularity will decrease, and your stadiums will empty. But if you give a club the means to win trophies, you'll become the idol of the city.
The game is great, but it feels unbalanced because coaches and staff can’t keep up with the team’s rating or potential. My teams are all around 80–85 rating, yet the coach stays about 10 levels below, capping player growth. Players end up wasting their potential until they retire, making academy upgrades feel pointless. I even bought multiple clubs to see if it would help, but they’re all stuck the same way.
