OTP and Voucher Issues

Constant issues with the one-time password before I was even able to make my first pick up order with the app. Took me 3 visits to the store until the app was able to send the OTP. I also always had issues with using my promo vouchers. They had discount vouchers for first orders, but the app thinks I already made a first order even though that one was cancelled due to OTP issues so I never got to use my vouchers because app registers my first successful order as the “second”. Wednesday 15% discount voucher was also nowhere to be found even though they informed me through my notifications about it. Store staff had to call the marketing and IT team for assistance but no response yet. Fix your damn app please
