Jotbook is a digital bullet journal you can also use for tasks, a diary, and habit tracking. Open and write: jot down a task, an event, or a thought in one short line, move unfinished things forward, and keep it all by day, week, month, and year — like a paper notebook, without a pile of overdue alerts.
WRITE IN SECONDS
Open the app and you are on today’s page. A symbol plus one short line is enough; press return and start the next. No forms, no folders.
• Tasks: things to do — tick them off, move them, set them for a later month, or cross them out
• Events: what happened or will happen — meetings, dates, little moments
• Notes: ideas, reminders, anything you don’t want to forget
Type -, o, !, or * to switch the type or add a highlight as you write. Add #tags in the line itself; tap a tag to see everything on that topic. Break a big item into smaller ones. Pick the symbols you like, or tap them above the keyboard.
DAY, WEEK, MONTH, YEAR
Flip through your life the way a paper journal does, without being chased by due dates:
• Daily: one page per day; swipe to change dates. Yesterday’s unfinished tasks show up quietly at the top
• Weekly: the week’s focus, with each day beside it
• Monthly: this month’s list and a look back; things you set for a month reappear when that month arrives
• Yearly: what you want this year, with a month-by-month view
Unfinished tasks can move to another day, a future month, or your own list. Tidying replaces nagging; if something keeps getting moved, Jotbook asks whether it is still worth doing.

Books, shopping, travel, projects, wishlists — make your own pages, written the same way as your journal.
Everything lives in a simple table of contents. Search any line and jump straight to it.
HABITS
Build a habit or quit one. Count times, or time yourself.
Every day, weekdays, or a few times a week; reminders are optional.
See progress by day, week, month, and year — a year view, streaks, and how often you followed through.
Shrink the timer, tap to pause, hold to stop, and stay on the page.
QUIET AND SIMPLE
It looks like paper. Light or dark, and you choose which day the week starts on.
Optional evening reminders: one minute to look back on today.
