After 30 minutes without updates, it switches to LATEST with a timestamp to indicate the data's gone stale. • Timeline markers visually indicate each available radar frame directly on the slider with up to 40 position markers, making it clear which moments have actual data. Markers are off by default – enable them in Map Settings for enhanced timeline visualisation. • Synchronised timeline ranges across layers – forecast ranges now persist when switching between radar, satellite, and composite layers. Error messages are clearer, automatic retries now kick in, and there’s a Force Reload button for stubborn connectivity problems. Improved premium subscription detection to stop ads appearing during background verification. Ads now disappear straight away as soon as your subscription is confirmed.

LIVE ACTIVITIES MAJOR UPGRADE We’ve completely rebuilt Live Activities from the ground up, replacing the unreliable architecture that led to duplicates, stale data and activities getting stuck on the Lock Screen. · Automatic initialisation when you open the app – no need to open individual favourites · Backend push updates synchronised with the rain forecast refresh cycle (every 10 minutes) · Activities auto-dismiss when precipitation ends, typically within 10 minutes · 'Outdated' indicator appears if updates fail for 15 minutes – so you know when data is stale rather than guessing · One-hour timeout clears stuck activities as a final safeguard · Timer counts down to both the start and the end of precipitation · Race condition handling eliminates duplicate activities Push-driven updates from our backend enable reliable server-side management and proper lifecycle clean-up.
