iLookup lets you quickly look up selected words in any app that supports text copying via Command-C. Simply select the text you'd like to look up, press the Option-Command-L (⌥⌘L) keyboard shortcut, and iLookup will show the definition! You can choose to display the definition either in a popover or in the Dictionary app. Plus, the keyboard shortcuts are fully customizable.
