InterFasting Pro is here: subscribe for unlimited successful fasts each month. On the free plan you can complete up to 7 successful fasts per calendar month (when you reach your planned duration). Failed or shortened sessions don’t count toward the limit; the count resets at the start of each month. Subscriptions are optional—manage or cancel anytime in Settings.
