Asking too much information
I don't want to top up using this app, I only want to join the lucky draw. Why should you ask my birthday, full name, and ID card? And why must I upload the ID card picture? ID card number should be sufficient. Uninstalled it from my phone.

Kok ada biaya platform???
Baru pertama kali nyoba bayar pake MyPertamina. Ternyata ada biaya tambahan diatas biaya pembelian BBM yg di deskripsikan sebagai “Biaya Platofrm.
Biasanya pake apps jadi lebih murah ini malah tambah mahal. Dengan apps ini Pertamina bisa mendapatkan customer behaviour dan itu nilainya jauh lebih tinggi, tp kok malah customer di charge??? Mending bayar pake kartu debit biasa aja.
Gak akan pake lagi apps ini selama masih ada biaya platform.
UI makin gak friendly
malah gak bisa login gegara keypad nutupin tombol login
aplikasi makin gak guna, ngabis2in apbn aja.
