RICOH TotalFlow Supervisor functions as an on-the-go attention light for the networked printers in your operation, regardless of the manufacturer. For printers that support SNMP, you can use TotalFlow Supervisor to:
* Monitor printing devices and jobs from your mobile device
* Reduce downtime by quickly identifying and solving problems with your printers
If your mobile device is connected to the same network as your printers (either directly or through a VPN), you can access print job and device information. Real-time updates on jobs and devices empower you to sync with your team to address issues quickly--from across the production floor or across the globe.
