Proses refund nya sangat bertele2 dan lama!
Prosess refund yg sangat lama membuat sangat kecewa, tidak ada perbaikan dalam proses refund, setahun lalu dgn bulan ini juga sama jawabnnya tunggu 14-20 hari tidak termasuk akhir pekan, haduhhhh terlalu menyulitkan utk kelas StyleTheory sangatlah tdk memuaskan!! Gak lagi deh berlangganan apalagi ketika mau berhenti ribet apalagi refund!! Payah sangat payah sistemnya. Very bad.
Tricky Payment Terms
Becareful when subscribing to this app.
They don’t mention about auto-renewal payment anywhere, there’s no invoice sent to you for the payment.. so that it feels like you are being charged without your consent. There’s no button to cancel your subscription, for this you need to chat them. And once you chat, they will explain to you that the cancellation needs to be informed them one week in advance. Yet it never mentioned in the T&C. So tricky!
