Timer for Presentation puts a floating countdown overlay directly on top of your Keynote slideshow — visible only to you on the presentation Mac, hidden from your audience on the projector or second display.

BUILD FOR PRESENTATION
Timer for Presentation gives you a floating countdown timer that stays visible while you present. It works seamlessly with Keynote presentations and helps you keep track of your time without interrupting your workflow.
ONE SHORTCUT, ANYWHERE
Press ⌘⇧T from any app — Keynote, Safari, Notes, anywhere — and a Spotlight-style timer picker drops in. Type "20m" or "1h 30m", or tap a number key to grab a preset. Hit Esc and it disappears without a trace.
TIMERS THAT START WITH YOUR SLIDES
Write TIMER_10_MINUTES (or any duration) inside a slide's presenter notes. When that slide appears during the show, the timer starts itself — right on cue, without a single click. Pause or resume anytime with ⌘⇧R.
SIX TIMER STYLES
Match the look to your slides and switch anytime, even mid-presentation:
- Segmented Bar — a thin row of ticks along the bottom edge
- Block Bar — chunkier segments for at-a-glance reading
- Minimal Text — just the numbers, nothing else
- Circular Ring — a countdown ring that empties as time passes
