Cannot unblock

My friend completed all the instructions to help me unblock my account, wechat said the requested was completed and told me to log in again in the homepage. When I tried to log in at the homepage it says my account is still blocked and I had to repeat all the steps again to unblock it. I tried to do the steps over and over, each time it said my request was completed and that I can log in now at the homepage, but the homepage won’t let me log in as my account “IS STILL BLOCKED”. What am I supposed to do to get it actually unblocked???

Ada masalah di wechat

Kenapa ya kok account wechat saya gak bisa lihat sekitar dan tidak bisa di add walaupun sudah di kirim berkali kali untuk pertemanan tapi gak masuk2 notifikasinya pun gak ada udah 2 bulan kayak gini padahal seblumnya baik2 saya ... saya pengguna lama wechat udah 4 tahun tapi merasa sedikit kecewa kalau begini
