Using the service requires the Audi connect plug and play app as well as an Audi DataPlug, which can be obtained from your Audi partner and connected easily with your vehicle.

Fuel costs
App is good, intuitive and easy to use. However the trip review and fuel costs are difficult to understand and read as to cost of fuel per trip.
I had asked support for info as it might be an issue on my settings, but have heard nothing yet.

App crashes
Recording a trip isn’t always as pristine as it should be, I was told that this update would fix that. It has a lot of hiccups/crashes and have to manually close the app and reopen it to continue the recording as it was doing before it crashed. Sometime straight up, other times after a few kilometres. Even if the app is kept in the foreground, I can it crash and have to reload it again. Any update on why this is?. Have tried to ask this over a million times via support and emails no fix whatsoever.

Love the driving efficiency feature and parking locator!
Being able to see how efficient I am driving is very cool, have even set up a challenge with friends. Also, finding my way back to the car while in the city with the parking locator has proved useful!
