Love/hate
I have a love/hate relationship with beauty bay. They offer great sales, love it! (Especially on a student budget) but the site itself and the app are irritating.
For example: If you are looking at lip products and choose “low-high” it’ll still display all the ABH €22 lip products before the €2 makeup revolution ones. As if trying to prompt you to buy them. The site is a bit unorganized in similar ways when it comes to product grouping and display. If you click on the “70%+ off” tab, it’ll still show you all the products that are 20% ect off too. Which makes grouping them into “20% off” “40% off” ect a bit pointless.
Like I said, would definitely recommend it for the sales because they can be anywhere from 20%-70% off if you stay vigilant (better than a lot of makeup site sales out there) and they carry heaps of great products, especially if you’re working with a budget but navigating can be difficult and takes time and patience.
Love it most of the time
I used to love beauty bay and probably still would but lately I’ve been having issues with the app. Most of the time it won’t load past a Blank white page, I’ve tried updating the app, deleting and reinstalling it and turning on and off my phone and even updating my software and it still won’t work! You need to fix this issue asap!
