Bet365 fairest betting website

Hi Everyone,

I’ve been betting over 25 years and have tried numerous other betting sites but have found that Bet365 is by far the fairest website to use. Always best odds and believe I have checked and also great daily offers and boosts. Also anytime I had an issue Bet365 were always prompt and very fair with their decisions.
I’m in no way connected or have any affiliation with the company but have advised all my friends and colleagues to switch over to Bet365 and all that have done so have always stayed which speaks for itself.
Enough said enjoy Bet365, as I have since its inception in circa 2004.

My awful experience using bet365

I really am not a person that writes reviews but I downloaded bet365 to put money on the games for euro 24. I made my account early today and instantly put 100 euro on a bet involving the Croatia vs Albania game. Once Albania scored I tried to cash out on my bet, when I clicked cash out I was logged out of my account. I didn’t think much of it and tried to log back in and got a message saying “we couldn’t recognise your details” this led me to making a new password and got the same message again once making this password. I tried getting customer service with their live chat and it was a chat bot that couldn’t input my scenario, I also tried to email the customer service email and my attempts would not send for some reason ( I have never had a problem sending an email before). I was then panicked because I needed to cash out as I can’t risk losing the full €100 so I rang the customer service number and the recording on the line said to “use the live chat and email as they cannot take phone call at the moment”. I’m really disappointed with this service to be honest I properly feel like I have been scammed this is not how a customer should feel about an established service.

Probably the best betting app.

It’s probably the best betting app I used.

It is easy to use and easy to find the thing you want to bet on but it can be slow at time but I get that slowness with all betting apps when trying to pull my bet history.

One thing I would like to be added is that if you have a bet on and you want to see the current odds for that horse, dog or what ever you should be able to hit the bet and see all the odds for the race your bet is on. Boyle sports app has that and it makes it easy to put on new bets if the odds change. Where as with bet 365 I have to search for location of race find race time and then find the horse/dog and it means a lot of going over and back between the bet to find the race/time/horse
