Logo issue

Guys, I love this app, when used correctly it is very easy to create a slick professional video, but for some reason since it has updated it will no longer accept a transparent background logo and branding the videos in a sleek and cool way isn’t possible anymore. Fix this, and give more colour controls and honestly perfect.

This doesn't sound right! We'd definitely like to look into the transparency issue. It is usually connected to a specific setting in the iOS Settings app. Email our customer experience team so we can assist - videoboost.support@lightricks.com. Doesn’t show full video on Insta

Loved the concept but when I posted on Instagram it didn’t show the full video?!! I didn’t add to it, I edited the template so I don’t understand why it didn’t work. Also, couldn’t find where I contact Support to rectify....disappointed.
