Poor enough
It’s always down. I’ve tried logging in twice in the last month and both times it was down. It’s hit and miss for a banking app it’s important to have it right and the CU app just isn’t that. It’s disappointing as they are encouraging people to move banks but with poor technology it invokes little confidence. Saying all that though I love my local credit union and would not hesitate to move if the app was sound.
Can't access my account.
Download the new app and guess what it doesn't work,what was wrong with the old one, why change things if they are working, this is not good enough wanted to transfer money can't now. Not good enough.
Very poor app
Would not let me log in , even when I went in store and got assistance it still would not work.
