Description
Use the Premium Credit eJourney App to upload your identity information in support of your loan application. The information you give us will be used to create your customer file, verify your identity and process your loan application.
You have been directed to this App following the loan application you made to us. You will have received an Access Code via SMS and/or Email to unlock the app, allowing you to send us your identification information.
With this App, you can:
1. Login securely and confirm your personal details are correct.
2. Review your loan details.
3. Review and accept the terms and conditions of your loan application, and eSign if you wish to proceed.
4. Send us your photo and photos of the ID documentation required to support your loan.
5. Upload everything to our secure server so we can review and progress your application.
If you have any difficulty using the app, press the help icon for assistance.
IMPORTANT: This app is for Irish resident customers only. To use the App you must have made a loan application to Premium Credit.

Can’t use - unclear what it’s for - bad communication
This app is used by my insurance broker. I received unclear emails about having to give lots of personal data to the company, with no context. I was told it was applying for personal credit (it’s for direct debit setup). Then when I did verify it was legitimate, I couldnt use the app as it seems to force me to give access to all photos in my iPhone library to proceed ?? Bad experience overall
First Ireland
As a customer of first Ireland not only are they’re wait times in the phone too long now there’s an app for finance for direct debit . This app wants access to all your photos , wants to much personal information. Due to the need of insurance I done it but next time around I’ll be going else . Not happy overal. Feel it’s a bad service . An other 3rd party company with my information now .
