The app is dreadful for ordering oil
This app is almost useless for ordering oil. It looks like nobody in Corrib Oil ever looks at or uses the app. It’s been like this for years. Every time I have to order by phone instead. I tell Corrib of my experiences but they do nothing. It doesn’t retain my account information, it has no box for Eircode, if you leave the app for a moment to check something it wipes everything and you have to start again, it doesn’t accept payment by PayPal, too few character spaces for delivery instructions, it times out too quickly when awaiting payment confirmation from credit card company etc etc.
App always fails
My app has been down for ages. It keeps asking me to change my password every time I open it and it won’t let me log in. I have to uninstall and re install it every time. I’m loosing my points every time. It’s so frustrating that I have to wait in the car sorting my app before I walk into Corrib oil every time and mostly without success.
App needs updating
This was once a great app showing special offers with reward card and a game to win small prizes however something has gone wrong and now no special offers show up. This is costing you money as I used to travel to get offers now I don’t know they are on😭
