Ratings and Reviews
Room for improvement
Adding this review because hopefully it will feed into metrics for future improvements. A beneficial change would be the app displaying the new times of delayed departing flights, which currently does not happen. This would reduce the need to rely on Google (!) for accurate flight updates.
Not ready for release
Seems like this was released before it was ready to be
- if logged in, when booking parking or lounges the “my details” page should automatically be filled in with email, name etc. you shouldn’t need to fill in again.
- many buttons still just open up the page on a web browser rather than in the app, more of this should just open directly in the app itself
- the my profile page should also just have this information open in the app rather than bringing you out to the web again
- when trying to add a screenshot to feedback section app crashes
- almost every button in “More Information” & “Services” opens to a web page. What’s the point, this should all open in the app like other decent airports.
- manage bookings opens web
- if I press back arrow I want to go back, not another dialog book asking do I want to leave
Good but slowly updating flights info
Essentially a nice app, but flight info of my delayed flight was tens of minutes earlier on the web which is surprising for me as I would expect that it is fed from the same database.
