Customers not in location town or county
There is a real problem with passengers not in given locations. If a passenger hops into another car it should detect moved away from pickup area and at speed and auto cancel the job. I had a job Sunday Mullingar to Dublin booked 2.45pm sat for 8.45am Sunday . Customer was in Dublin 7 going to finglas . Not even the same town or county. It should ping customer phone to confirm location beforehand to avoid this. Maps at min also don’t auto correct route if you have to avoid traffic jam

Constant crashing and no real system of maintaining incoming jobs
Freenow is not a new comer to the app industry, it has been operating for many many years and with each update the essential components to make picking up customers and knowing the distance they are travelling, one would think would get better but unfortunately not so.
Almost all the jobs that are either prebookings or instant almost never show the distance between pickup and drop off.
On normal busy days (fri and sat) the app fails to even get the suggested route loaded google maps built inside the app fails, the incoming jobs have no directory or anything in which they can be stored instead what the app does is bombard the only page it has for jobs constantly very seriously distracting the drivers from driving.
No thought process or structure is in play with incoming jobs. It almost feels like freenow just dumps every new job in the screen and then say to the drivers “ deal with it and drive at the same time”
Im very glad freenow is not the only company operating in Dublin!
Freenow - learn something from the other companies and care about our road safety please!
Airport queue
Very happy with all the features on FREENOW driver except one it’s great , except as a rural driver when I get a job to Dublin airport I am not allowed join the driver queue to get an exit fare. As Dublin Airport is our national airport I don’t think it should be exclusive for Dublin drivers, looking forward to your response and keep up the good work Regards Jim Kenny
