Perx is terrible
Cannot even log in. Sent an email Monday no reply by Thursday. Spent an hour in the phone on Monday trying to sort the issue and was just told to send an email.
The cards are so difficult to use the IT behind the card is terrible. I think I’d prefer to pay tax and be able to spend my money then get a tax free card where you have no access to the money.
Really good!
Just received this card as a Christmas gift. The instructions were clear and I even set it up for online use. Easy to use app would totally recommend!
Let’s get back to just giving people cash!
This is horrendous, I’m getting nowhere with logging in. It doesn’t seem to recognise my password/email nothing. I tried setting it up all over again still nothing. So useless.. had I been given cash there would be no issue !
