Golf STRONG Online Classes
Golf STRONG offers a range of online golf fitness classes to help you get fit for golf and stay injury-free. Peter explains and demonstrates in each class how our physical limitations can be hampering how you swing the club and potentially cause injury. Golf STRONG’s golf fitness classes integrate bodyweight exercises, core strengthening work, posture exercises, High-intensity circuits and rotation training among other training styles to make these classes golf-specific. Classes are on a monthly membership basis, with an easy opt-out and all you need is a space to exercise, some light weights, a resistance band and a golf club.

If there is any free trial period marked on the package, your account will be charged 24h prior to the end of the trial period and will automatically renew (at the duration/price selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period.

Current subscriptions may not be canceled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

Best app I’ve come across for golf focused mobility, the swing thoughts associated with the exercises translate onto the course almost immediately!
