Pretty poor app
Lots of glitches trying to load and find shifts, notifications and emails are delayed so shifts are often gone before you can claim them. If they are there the app is often non-responsive when trying to claim them. I have had this app downloaded for months and have not been able to successfully claim a single shift - deactivated as a result.
Plenty of flaws
It seems that emails for shifts only come through a number of hours after the shift is put up on the app so often the shifts are gone before you know about them. It has happened me a couple of times now when my shifts have been cancelled because either someone accidentally cancelled or the shift has been full without it telling me at the time. Plenty of things to work on to improve the app
Flexibility and quick response rate
The app is great and super user friendly! WrkWrk is great for those that need flexibility and a little extra money. The staff reply to emails and phone calls quickly! However the only downside is that the shift criteria is very vague. So you often don’t know what you’re doing until you’re at the venue.
