Minor fix

Terrible application. The UI Team have failed

The team who built the user interface have failed to grasp the various problems that might arise while trying to set this up for the first time. Did they even try troubleshooting this?

It is very easy to get locked out of this app, and of the Business Banking Service, and the follow up with Bank of Ireland’s support team is non-existent, the support service is just a multitude of FAQ pages that don’t necessarily address the problems one is facing.

(And still don’t have access to my Business account Acciunt Online!!!!!)

Difficult to use - number keys too small

Very hard to use this app because the number entry keypad is too small - it should appear in normal keypad format but it’s nearly always in top of keypad format so the number keys are very small and too easy to mistype

One star because I couldn’t give it zero

Chronic stuff from BOI. Make sure it works before you roll it out…..
