First time using Hola Taxi

Great experience as it was the same ease-of-use like FreeNow, however, did not have to be concerned with the driver not showing up or dropping the call

Absolutely useless

Zero taxis available, ever. Plus, you have to choose one specific taxi on the map to hail yourself rather than the app sending your request to multiple drivers – how stupid is that? I may as well go out and hail a cab from the street. These guys have no idea what they’re doing. FreeNow may be frustrating at times but they have the money and the people to actually make an app that functions at least from a technical perspective.
