Good idea, poor implementation
Being able to watch the main channels live and the 7 day watch back system are brilliant to have but the app is so poor trying to watch something can quickly become a chore.
On the Apple TV the player has not controls but on iOS devices there are none.
And I can confirm dealing with cancellations is next to impossible.
I've been over charged too.
So disappointing.
EDIT: The latest update added jog controls in a true bizarre format. Skip each direction has its own menu with 5 options.
Also know that the programme plays on when the app is paused or in the back ground and there is no seek bar so get used to skipping in various combinations of 1, 5, 10, 30, & 60 minutes..

I have to keep logging in with my account to get a service and sometimes it buffers I have cancel my account with iBoxTV
Keeps Freezing & No Response from Support
It keeps freezing which is incredibly frustrating. No amount of rebooting or reinstalling the app helps. This doesn’t happen with any other apps I cast from (even the RTÉ player!). I’ve had the app for a while now and they never release updates so they’re clearly not working on the app or fixing any bugs. I’ve contacted them and not received a response.
