Our app has been developed to help you get the most out of the facilities and services we provide.
Within our app you can now book into any of our extensive range of weekly fitness classes while on the go. If the class is fully booked you can simply add yourself on to the waiting list and you will be notified if a space becomes available, giving you even more opportunity to attend your favourite classes.
Our easy to use app also allows you to manage all your class bookings, so if for any reason you are unable to attend a class you can simply cancel wherever you are via our app.
Other great features such as refer & reward give you the opportunity to recommend us to your family and friends, and get rewarded if they join.

Shocking amount of bugs and unfit for purpose
This gym is getting ripped off by this developer and all their members have to deal with this unfit for purpose app daily.
Firstly - there is a big security issue with this app. Passwords are being stored as plain text and when you do a forgotten password you are emailed your password.
The app is amateur and full of bugs. It’s got unnecessary features when the most basic requirements (access to the gym, and booking classes) don’t work a lot of the time. There’s been a bug that the app won’t sign you in while on WiFi that’s existed since the start and hasn’t been fixed. Why should I need to sign in every time I open the app anyway? They added FaceId as an option a few months back but didn’t fix anything! The UX is dreadful and buttons change and stop working as you use the app. There was even a video added to try o explain how to use the app, proving how bad the UI is. This video doesn’t even work anymore. The developer has left unlabelled toggle in the apps settings - no idea what they do.
The developer needs to go back to the drawing board and strip out all the feature bloat and get a basic app running well that lets people get in to the gym without frustration.
Terrible
Terrible and poorly designed app. Considering you get blocked from booking classes if you book and miss more than two classes you would think they would design the app so that you could, in fact, cancel a booking (within two hours from the start time as instructed). However the app is so bad that along with all the other issues the other reviews mention (can’t log in on WiFi, having to log in every time, terrible UI ext) we also get the charming features that the app just simply will not let you cancel a booking. It just crashes. For a gym that charges €120+ you would think they could afford to give the members a proper app, since it’s the only way to book and access classes.
Not fit for purpose
Basically all you can use it for is checking in. No apple health integration that the old app had which for me is massive.
Slow to load saved exercises and you have to loop them if youre doing circuits as you can’t repeat exercises. Real pity as I exercise using the app at home too.
No carry over of points.
Recently got logged out of the iconic app so I’m stuck with this.
